About the job:

• Developing and maintaining the backbone of our encryption products, such as IPVPN, file encryption, radio encryption and more.
• Collaborating with the team to design and implement web interfaces using JavaScript, with a strong focus on backend functionality.
• Participating in daily stand-up meetings, contributing to decision-making processes, and tackling complex problem-solving within our agile development framework.
• Creating and maintaining automated unit and integration tests using GitLab to ensure continuous improvement.
• Swedish citizenship is required due to the nature of the projects and security regulations.

We think that you should have:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a backend developer, with expertise in web technologies including HTML, JavaScript, and PHP, preferably in a product-focused company.
• Proficiency in MVC architecture, GUI development, and the use of templating systems such as VOLT, as well as experience with NoSQL databases like MongoDB.
• Familiarity with development tools such as Git, GitLab, and experience with Linux systems.

Good to Have Technical Competencies:

• Knowledge of event sourcing with technologies like NATS, MQTT, or similar systems.
• Experience with React
• Knowledge of Gerrit and Jenkins
• Familiarity with Yocto
• Networking expertise
