Asperiq AG is hiring a Customer Solutions Engineer to join our growing team in Baar (ZG), Switzerland. This is a key customer-facing role for a hands-on, technically skilled professional who enjoys solving problems, working with secure networking technology, and contributing directly to the evolution of cutting-edge products.

About the Role
As a Customer Solutions Engineer, you will work closely with our government and enterprise customers to support the installation, configuration, and use of Asperiq’s secure communication solutions. Your tasks will range from technical assistance and troubleshooting to on-site deployments and customer training.
Crucially, you will serve as the bridge between the field and our internal development teams—feeding back real-world requirements, product insights, and opportunities for improvement. Your input will help shape future product releases and ensure our solutions continue to meet the highest standards.
Main Responsibilities
- Support customers with technical issues during installation, deployment, and operational phases
- Deliver hands-on assistance during customer rollouts, both remotely and on-site
- Lead product demonstrations and facilitate interactive workshops and training sessions
- Troubleshoot and resolve networking, VPN, and secure communication issues
- Document configurations, resolutions, and lessons learned in a clear and structured way
- Actively communicate field insights and customer requirements to our product and R&D teams
- Support operational delivery tasks including product shipment coordination and validation processes
- Travel internationally to customer sites as needed (approx. 30%)
What you bring
- Strong technical background in IT and networking (TCP/IP, routing, VPNs, firewalls)
- Experience with system installation, configuration, and support
- A structured and self-driven approach with high attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage customers, run demos and explain technical topics to different audiences
- Fluent English (spoken and written); other languages are a plus
- Prior experience supporting government or high-security clients is a strong plus
- Knowledge of secure communication or cryptographic solutions is a plus
