To strengthen our platform and team, we’re now looking for a System Architect & Team Lead with a strong focus on security and end-to-end architecture.

In this role, you’ll combine technical leadership with people leadership, driving both the system architecture and the daily work of a skilled development team.

About the Role:

As a System Architect & Team Lead, you will:

• Lead the design and technical direction of our platform, ensuring it remains secure, scalable, and future-proof.
• Take ownership of the team’s deliveries, ensuring that commitments are met with the right balance of speed, quality, and security.
• Define and drive security requirements and security architecture across the full stack, including embedded systems, backend services, and frontend.
• Work with modern technologies including Go and NATS Jetstream to build event-driven, resilient systems.
• Collaborate closely with security experts and stakeholders to ensure security is embedded in every layer of the solution.
• Lead and support a team of 7–10 developers, ensuring daily operations run smoothly.
• Mentor team members, facilitate knowledge sharing, and foster an environment of technical excellence.
• Participate in agile development cycles, driving key technical decisions and problem solving.

What We Hope You Bring:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a system architect or senior backend engineer in a product-driven environment.
• Strong experience with Go and backend architecture.
• Solid understanding of React or similar frontend frameworks to ensure full system alignment.
• Experience with embedded systems, communication protocols, and security-focused design.
• A strong track record of working with security architecture including authentication, authorization, encryption, threat modeling, and secure coding practices.
• Familiarity with microservices and containerized environments (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Linux/Yocto skills.
• Proven leadership experience: capacity planning, prioritization, delivery follow-up, and team growth.

Good to Have:

• Familiarity with Gerrit, GitLab, or similar code review systems.
• CI/CD experience with tools such as GitLab or Jenkins.
• Networking expertise is a strong plus.
• Passion for continuous learning and staying on top of industry trends.
